Fee Structure
Clinical midwifery services are billed by the visit, unless choosing a home birth global care package. All services are available on a sliding scale basis and no client will be turned away due to inability to pay. At this time, we are unable to bill insurance directly. For Massachusetts-based families, few insurance carriers will reimburse for home-based midwifery care.
Visits are $150. Global care for home birth is $4000 - $6000. HSA and FSA debit cards accepted.
Global Skye Consulting offers a sliding scale for community-based organizations both globally and in the US. Non-profit maternal health organizations led by black, indigenous or people of color in the United States will be supported regardless of ability to pay.
Technical writing services are offered based on time and expenses: US$ 85.00 / hour
Workshop facilitation is billed based on pre-agreed contract days: US$ 800.00 / day
Travel expenses and per diem based on USG standard rates, if not otherwise donor-specified.
